I booked this hotel for an overnight stay as I had an early morning departure from Bengaluru airport and wanted to be close to the airport. The room was adequate, had plenty of complimentary bottled water. Bed was comfortable, airconditioning good. No English language TV...at least News should be free. Breakfast was adequate and coffee good.

Comfortable stay; Great Staff! Vipin was helpful throughout the confusion caused by the platform. Amazingly sufficient breakfast that was filling. The spread was adequate. Comfortable beds and good options for pillows. Would recommend for fliers on the red eye, to those who have to attend events around the airport area.

The room was large, very clean and very comfortable. The facilities were wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good. It is very close to the airport. The value is amazing here. I plan to stay here every time I am in Bangalore.

We stayed here primarily because it was close to the airport. There was a McDonald's around the corner but we chose to dine in at the hotel and were quite impressed with how pretty the restaurant was and how good the food turned out to be. Service was OK but could be friendlier.

I have been a business traveller for many years and have been staying in hotels of all good brands but I was surprised with spacious room of Shivas Galaxy. The room service was fast and best the food rates is nominal. Overall great value for money. They should be rated very very high by booking.com. Now a days the complementaries in room in all 4/5 stars are not there, Shivas have the in room snacks complimentaries....

We can’t thank the staff enough for their service. I left my bag in the taxi, with all my atm cards in it and their staff member went above and beyond, making multiple calls over a number of hours to locate it for me, then picking it up from the airport taxi company himself when he did locate it. even refusing a tip as a thank you. An amazing experience, I can’t imagine I would have got this type of service in my homeland.

Managed by highly professional team specially Mr Vipin who has provided all the support during our stay as well as our other guests who came to attend marriage in Moongate resort. Checkin team, Mr Neelkanth was also very supporting and caring. Overall we all were very happy with our stay at hotel.
